What is Organizational Harmonics

Organizational Harmonics is the synergy of People, Processes, and Productivity. The best way to describe it is by way of music. In music, a harmonic is the perfect blend of a person completing a set of well-executed tasks (a process) to produce a perfect tone from an instrument.

For example, in order to get a harmonic note on a guitar, the person must 1) place their finger at a precise point along the neck of the guitar, 2) apply the appropriate amount of pressure to the string, and 3) properly time the plucking of the string with the removal of the finger on that string. If all of this happens perfectly, then the result is a pleasant one. If any one of these steps (the process) is not performed perfectly, then the sound is unpleasant.
